Star of the Week

Our Star this week was Olivia!

Olivia looked adorable for her presentation today!  She wrote a great "I Am" poem that made us giggle.  Her pictures were fabulous.  We saw how silly she was as a little girl!  She also read us the extra special letter she wrote for her grandpa when he passed away.

Her special guests were her grandma, grandpa, mom and Dalton.  Thanks for being our star this week, Olivia!

Star of the Week

Our Star this week was Ellie R.!  We really enjoyed Ellie's photos; especially the ones of her and her sister in costumes.  The unicorns were very cute!  She did a great job reading her poem to the class! 

Her special guest was her mom.  Thanks for being our star, Ellie!

Happy Holidays to the Air Force!

Our class was asked by Officer Jay Crabtree to make holiday cards for his son and friends in the Air Force who are stationed in Fort Lee, Virginia.  They won't be able to make it home for the holidays this year, so we agreed to help brighten their day by sending them holiday cards.  

On another military note, we got a phone call from Kuwait thanking us for the cards we sent the troops for Veteran's Day.  It was so great to know they got our package and appreciated the cards we made!

Star of the Week

Our star this week is Sydney!

Sydney worked hard on her Star of the Week papers and was excited to share her information and photos with the class.  We loved the photo of her almost kissing a toad - it was so cute!  We also enjoyed seeing her chubby baby photo!

Sydney's special guest was her dad.  Great job, Sydney!
